My uncle who is very reputed doctor of the state and is 70+ started using facebook with my own help. I created his profile, uploaded pics, added friends etc. then he started using his profile as we guys do. Now the hammering starts: Just few days after profile creation, his profile was blocked and after login page you could only see the message that For security reasons your account is temporarily locked. If this account reflects your real name and personal information, please help us verify it.
then i entered captcha on behalf of my uncle, then we saw another verification page where we had to identify people tagged in photos(who were actually my uncle’s friends) so we did so and then instead of getting out of this cumbersome situation and instead of getting verified message we were told that No verification methods are currently available. Please come back later.
Now my uncle is so disappointed and frustrated with fb that he has told me never to use fb. 
I am here helping others to resolve fb issue, and get started with fb business marketing. But now i have come up across a situation where i really feel that yes, fb is really really an idiot thing (at least for my reputed doctor uncle)
