I have a lot of clients just waiting for my proposal but I still haven’t found one.

@andreavahl I guess it’s not really a proposal – maybe it is. Perhaps it’s an agreement. The client has agreed that I shall do their Social Media Strategy. Now I need to tell them the price and have sent them something similar to the table on the right here. http://www.wildfireapp.com/plans.
I guess that if they agree to the price they need to sign a contract/proposal/agreement.
I’m looking for the document that makes an agreement between me and my client. I guess it’s best to agree on the price first and then complete the proposal/contract/agreement with all the details.

It’s definitely better to negotiate and discuss before you sign a contract. That way there are no surprises.
As for an outline, I would Google something like “Social Media Marketing Contracts”/ contract outlines… and read a few and then go from there.
