@lauraringer For management I use sproutsocial for management. For intelligence gathering I use my home built monitoring devices (hint:using Google products) to setup listening stations and gathering data.

Not exactly a listening/monitoring tool, but I now use Facebook Instant for all kinds of related puposes… for on the spot needs. Obviously, it’s not an autopilot tool, but the data I’ve gathered for certain keywords has been excellent and just what I needed at the time.

@manoharnim You probably just need to re-set your Facebook permissions.
Go into Social Networks -> Settings -> Click on your Facebook page
Then in the right side panel, click on the tab “Profile Settings” and you’ll see a big blue button that reads, “Connect With Facebook”. Just click that.

I recently came across itweetlive, and loved it. You can set searches and reply to individuals in personalized way.
You can listen to keywords of your interest in realtime and reach out to them.

I also keep an eye on preferred social media management tools. And have created a list of tools to use…these tools seems to be easy on wallet and give value for money
CRM and Email Marketing Automation: Infusionsoft
Social Promotional Marketing: Wildfire App
Social Media Monitoring & Content Marketing and Measurement:Beevolve
Social CRM: Nimble
Please feel free to add to the list. BTW i am part of Beevolve, i am open to feedback from people who have used the system, pls let us knw what can be improved. For someone who have not yet used the system, pls try and share your experience.
