You can add the Slideshare app with this application:  http://apps.facebook.com/slideshare/ - but a word of warning, I found it fairly complex to add it.  You will connect it first to your personal profile, then you will add it to your Page and you link it to your Slideshare account.  The good thing is that any updates to Slideshare will automatically show up on the tab on your Page.
