I have been noticing that a lot of people are asking basic questions about Facebook…I know this forum is for asking questions, but when you ask something like “How do I use Timeline” and “What Is Timeline” and oth basic questions … could you guys go to the Facebook Help center…?  

All of us are busy people, and we can’t stop to answer every single ‘how too’ question, also it saves both your time and everyone else’s time.

@devanianjali These forums are to assist and support other business facebook users like ourselves. It is normal to have these “how to” questions in the forum as  @ryrussell states. While we prefer users to search the networking clubs and see if the question has already been posed and share the link to the related topic on the question we are not going to prevent individuals from asking for assistance. @Andrea-Vahl and myself are willing to answer and direct users to the appropriate help areas when necessary if you prefer not to respond those.
