    In what ways have you been successful in recruiting talent using social media platforms?  How are you using social media for recruiting?  Which social media sites work best?  If you answer with LinkedIn, please tell us specifically what you do to make it work for you.  As this is a Facebook club, does Facebook work for you as a recruiting tool?  How?

    I use LinkedIn more than FB. I participate in group discussions and when I get to know members, we build relationships & when the opportunity presents itself, I request that they complete a form on my website and we talk about what we do and of what benefit it may be for them
