    Facebook has done away with the Recommendations tab, and now offers us a pop-up box for recommendations that seems attached to the Like Button.

    I don’t understand this tactic, as many times I click the Like Button, I’m doing so because I want to know more — I am not yet comfortable enough to leave a recommendation.

    So then, at the time I want to leave a recommendation, the tool or resource to do this does not seem available.  {I’ve actually unliked & liked again on a few occasions}

    What are you all using to collect Recommendations and Testimonials on Facebook?

    Yes I find that frustrating too,  @connectyou!  Someone has developed an App that works just like the old Facebook Reviews:  http://apps.facebook.com/reviews_app/?ref=ts  Then there is also a Yelp app (I know some people do not like the way Yelp shows reviews but it’s available).  I also know RatePoint has a testimonial app as well http://apps.facebook.com/goratepoint/?ref=ts  But they were just bought by Constant Contact so not sure how that will affect things.  

    What else are people using?
