Has anyone ever experienced a problem with their neighbor, who is in the same industry as you, stealing content or similar content as you post on Facebook?

I understand some competition is good for business but my business neighbor has taken it too far just about everything we post they will post an hour later, not share it but separately post it with their own words and picture. We ran a special today and again and hour later they had the same special..
I am really looking for advice on how to handle them and also one up them online..
