Problem with Timeline… Anyone else? (6 posts)

    Hi everyone!

    I am curious to know if anyone else has this issue or knows how to solve it.

    When I visit my business page I don’t always see the ‘recent posts by others’ section.  I have notifications that people posted on my timeline but am unable to view it.  When I go through the page and ‘unhighlight’ some posts then the boxes reappear. 

    Any insight on this would be helpful. Thanks!!

    @melissaholmes I hope i understood your question, but i think something like that has happened to me; but what i do is i click the ‘see all’ link and everything appears

    I can help! When you look at your business page as the admin, look underneath the section with the about and tab listings. This is right before your own posts will begin.

    Then there will be a little button in the middle of the page. It will be showing as one of the following options:

    1. Highlights
    2. Friend Activity
    3. Posts by Page
    4. Posts by Others

    Click on it and it will show you a drop down menu with all four options. Click on highlights. That should return your notifications.

    @melissaholmes I have run across this as well except I can search around and find them. Seems like somedays they are on the left, others on the right. I thought it was me  Pinning to the top and Highlighting and creating Milestones. I thought I was distorting the page.
