Yes, another way to do it is with Slideshare  http://apps.facebook.com/slideshare/  But I like Scribd better – it’s easier IMO.

Another option – if you have a website – is to post it to your site files and then link to you website.  It is a way to drive traffic back to your site.

But I agree with @andrea-vahl and @mgoes about Scribd.
