I am helping a charity that I sit on their board to upgrade their FB and try to improve engagement. I am by NO means a guru… but am helping as I am their best resource for free. If anyone has any tips that I can use or APPs that would be great. The page is

It is a wish granting society in Alberta, Canada for children who are chronically ill or have a life threatening disease. I am setting up Youtube and collecting as much video as I can to set up a custom tab.

Looks like you are doing well, @tiffanyclark – you could also add the Causes app on Facebook which allows people to donate. You have the join my list app from constant contact which is good. YouTube is also good. Other than that, I don’t think there are any must-have apps.

@tiffanyclark Some companies are starting to offer design services for facebook images… We may release some on the zoomframe site sometime, but its hard to create generic ones. I have found the best ones are ones created with a consistent image (similar to your photos you might have) with text on top like “Visit Website”…
