@fran-eleazer Well, this sounds little strange, Don’t know how your client managed to create a page with privileges of content creator. It is manager who creates the page. The default role assigned to page creator is manager so i wonder. But still, in your case, i will try to look out for solutions and also will be looking for inputs from our club members as well. Thanks for the replies.  Yes, she did downgrade herself. She wanted her boss to be the manager but the boss didn’t have a facebook profile yet. She just didn’t know what she was doing! I have submitted a support request thru facebook, but based on past results, I’m not optimistic for a response.  Facebook should have something in place where it won’t change roles unless there is at least one manager. 

The client only has 63 likes, so we may just end up creating a new page. It certainly will teach them they need to hire a professional to deal with this sort of stuff!
