Luckily, the customer was able to get on the course and was understanding when he answered my reply. However, I DO NOT like having to reply to a customer to say, “I’m sorry, I didn’t get this until after the tee time you requested because I had no idea it was here!” How embarrassing!
Why give our customers a way to message us but not give us a notification unless we actually go to our page from a computer? Not good at all!
