Maybe some might disagree, but people who are fans of brands are becoming more disconnected with page admins that only use automation tools to post. The reason this is so is because people want to communicate with a real person rather than a bot (That’s the essence of social media). So I would suggest you use it a minimal level (Just keep an eye on how the response goes).
If you are a fan of SME, you will notice that most of their posts are manually done, and they spend time to answer questions. Now you may say that SME has a team in place to handle certain things and you are alone, but the truth is that when you make your fans know that you are there in real time, they will become more interactive.
