Hi all! Might any of you have any insights on old Facebook groups? I just got a heartbreaking call from a client who has been locked out of her old-style Facebook group (an online memorial service) and now can’t access any of the content — even to move it to a page or new-style group. Anyone have any ideas on what she might do??

Thanks, @andrea-vahl! From what I’ve found digging around, it seems that a lot of the larger groups (5k+ members) weren’t given the option to migrate. I don’t have admin access to the group at this time so it’s hard to say for sure, but it sounds like the group may have already been archived.
