looking for some good connection @Facebook!! (6 posts)

  • Hi all,I want to ask a question / favor from anyone that can help … I just got a new client, a famous and best-known pastry chef in Israel,  where I am their new Social Media Manager … I am very exited. But, unfortunately I am starting with “left leg” .. let me explain .. The chef used to have two Facebook pages, a personal page and a fan page. She was managing the pages by herself (mainly her husband), and managed to get 45K fans on her business page .. until Facebook decide to closed her personal account together with the fan page. I do not know exactly what was wrong, but I assume (as I saw it before with other), that they breach the Facebook TOS … I want to help them! Does any one have a suggestion? I know that by going the regular route it will probably will not get me anywhere, and I need some close connection @ Facebook .. in order for them to know that the Chef is not anyone. If you compare her to other famous people, she is like Madona in the music industry… Please let me know if you think you can help me? Thanks in anticipation ..Ilan

  • If they shut her down they would have notified her. Then, she could have replied through the link they provide in the email.  Thats how they communicate.

  • @ilanamit  Ilan,

I’ve spoken with a tech support engineer.  He informed me that you will need to request assistance by email.  Email – ip@facebook.com.  You will need to provide proof that you have authority to manage the page.
