    I think it may be a nice tool to use for people that have difficulty understanding the analytics.

    It looks kinda like a cross between Klout and a mini-infographic – Is that something you developed?

    Once I get the score, how does this help me develop a plan for a higher level of engagement?

    I always use my own formula to find the engagement %. How many fans are talking about us over how many fans we have. I am very excited to share the fact that the last 3-5 weeks we have been keeping engagement between 20- 25%!! Which is pretty awesome if I do say so myself!!
