Is anyone having issues when loading new app images? Our designer has created images for all our client’s apps and when we try to change them the image that shows is not the one I am selecting from my hard drive. ????? In fact, the images that are loading are images that I don’t even have on my pc. Has anyone experienced this? We have tried various computers and browsers. We’ve also tried loading from various locations, whether it be from a hard drive on storage on an actual pc.

I just experienced the same thing, @jamesalonso – it was so bizarre. I’m guessing you are using the Static HTML: iframes tab app. They are reporting this as a bug on their page: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=365887560111632&id=237278599679568 But I was able to change my tab image by going in as a developer and uploading it to the app that was in the developer’s area. I will try and find the instructions I used to change that.

Now I’m having a problem with another app, @jamesalonso – so looks like this isn’t just confined to this one app. Not able to change that app at all. Still looking!

@jamesalonso @andrea-vahl, I had the same issue, and spent at least 30 minutes adding the same photo over and over and over again, thinking mine would eventually show up. It didn’t. I finally settled on something sorta acceptable.
Now, if I were working on a tab for my Pinterest page, it wouldn’t have been much of an issue… ;)

Nothing yet. They work sometimes. I was able to update for 2 of my clients today but no luck with the rest. Visit this link and subscribe to it so you can receive updates and by subscribing, you are also escalating the issue for Facebook.

@jamesalonso All of a sudden they started working! I cleaned out my cache too so that may have helped. It might be a random hit and miss sort of deal. Good luck with your other pages!

This JUST happened to me with an Involver youtube app. Some random image came up. However, just when I had decided to uninstall the Involver app and go with a Shortstack app, it fixed itself and took my custom app image.
