6 months, 1 week ago: I have a Yahoo mail account that I never use. Every time I tried to do anything more advanced like import and export contacts…unsuccessful. Gmail has become my favorite platform by far. Used to manage a mid sized company that ditched exchange in favor of Google apps and I did the transition for them.
Regarding importing contacts though, make sure you ask for an opt in and I think you should always use something like iContact or Aweber, etc. so you can incorporate the can-spam opt-out clause at the bottom. I’ve administered Infusionsoft, which I love but, too rich for small companies. I use iContact now.
