Hello everyone! I have been with a local business, Pro Tek Auto (auto repair/used car dealer), for just under a year. One of our biggest marketing tools right now is social media and I have been following SME for a few months now, which is the best site out there for this content.

Recently I also started doing side work at another company, Cush’s Homegrown Salsa, helping with their marketing too. Cush’s is much different because the sales radius is all of New England and expanding very quickly, while Pro Tek focuses in about a 10 mile radius.

I just got out of the TV news business but I fell in love with managing social media and online content. Hello, my name is Ken. I own a business in the Central Ohio area that cleans tile floors, carpet, and concrete floors & walls. We have acquired the technology in tile and grout cleaning industry. All of the tools we use to clean hard surface floors are patented by the company that we trained through. We use a 4 step process that deep cleans floors like on other system can do. 1) Emulsification- we spray a bio- degradable cleaning solution on the floor and let it dwell for 10 to 15 minutes to loosen up the dirt and grime in grout and tile. 2) we use heated water @ 1200 psi water pressure with a tool called the Turbo tool. 3) vacuum- as we are cleaning the floors, the dirt water is vacuumed from the floors leaving them 95% dry. 4) we use an industrial fan to completely dry the floor. Cleaning floors with a mop just pushes the dirt and grime around. Floors need to be deep cleaned to get the grout clean of contaminants and smell.

My boss asked me to set up a “private” FB account for certain of our union members. He talked about setting up an email that people can respond to so they can have access to a specific page.
Does that make sense? If it does, could I have some hints on how to do this?

I have set up a profile for my new business –  Destination Nottingham.  We are due to launch a new app in iTunes around the first week in May 2013 and our new website will go live at the same time.
