My husband and I are both authors, and I’m also an artist. I used to do traditional drawing/painting, but had 5 strokes and have tremors in my hands and can’t do that anymore. I dscovered the Internet, taught myself how to use a computer, do HTML, make simple graphics, make avatars, banners, wallpapers, and now I’ve learned how to make book covers, and am working on creating my first AudioBook cover, and there is a possibility of that becoming something more. (fingers crossed)
A year ago, my husband and I both self-published. I published a F/f BDSM Erotic Romance, a Non-Fic on my life with Agoraphobia, and a Non-Fic on What Reviewers Want for authors, both self and traditionally published. By accident, I was asked to become a Social Media Consultant for someone, and she became my first client. That all finally culminated in to Heaven’s Garden Productions, which encompasses our three businesses. angel Art Studio; Heaven-Wide Communication; Twisted Rose Publishing.
While I enjoy writing, I find that my real love is the art. Creating something so visual just really makes me smile.
This month, my husband agreed to start blogging with me one day a week. He’s doing great. After two years of not being able to write for a variety of reasons, I”m glad he’s writng on the blog, as it slowly has him writing again on his books that have been waiting for him.
