  • I am planning an interview series with German b2b companies using Facebook.
    The series should be about why and how they use Facebook. If and how they measure their goals. what are their future plans in using social media platforms andwhat other platform they use.
    What questions you would propose to be asked in the interview ?
    The series might be published in my blog kontextb2b.de and on other German business and German marketing blogs.
    Another topic I am interested in is: Are social media strategies country specific.If so how. If not why not?

  • what i would like to  READ  from another  business  is   HOW  DID  YOU  MAKE IT WORK?    the  details, not  just the  theory,  would like to see examples… WHAT  DO YOUR  CUSTOMERS LIKE?  WHAT  DOESNT WORK FOR YOU?   WHAT  WILL YOU  BE  DOING MORE OF?  WHAT ARE  YOUR  MOST POPULAR POSTS LIKE?   @kontextb2b

    I would ask them the following:

    1) If they use the post segmentation (language/location) feature on Facebook to target specific audiences per post.

    2) Are they using any tools outside of facebook to measure KPIs

    3) How would they describe the challenges B2B facebook marketers face vs. B2C

    4) How do they view the relationship between ROI and social media? Is ROI important or is it just about customer engagement?

  • Another question is how they find their customers on Facebook and how they bring them to their Page.  What are their best tips?  Sometimes B2B companies get frustrated that they can’t find their customers.
