it isn’t possible to let your fans upload pictures directly to the Facebook album. 

The easiest way to do this is let your fans send them through email – but you can’t turn this campaign into contest or sweepstakes. It would be against the Facebook rules. 

You would receive more submissions if you would turn this campaign into contest, something like: “Send us a picture of your bag and get a chance to win XYZ.”But you have to use some third party Facebook App for that.

I also think that if you’ll do it in a form of contest, it will look more professional then email.
