It’s  a new ad offer from facebook for large companies. The ads are incredibly expensive. Hundreds of thousands of dollars

I’ve been seeing many more of these as I log out, @hemantpatil – they just introduced them in February but as  @scottlinklater said, they are only available for big budgets.
