@katiecavanaugh I recently came across the same issue.  My blog,twitter etc updates both my personal which I use for business and my business page.  The only solution that I found was to go in and create a message and then check the box to my friends to let them know that I was migrating over to my business page.  I had about 100 or 10% migrate immediately.  I figure I’ll have to do a few rounds of messaging and then one final call to action. I have a lot of friends that are business on my personal page 

Would love to know if there is a better way.  It seems like we “should” be able to just migrate everyone  

Post on your personal profile page to Like your Business Page, with a hyperlink to your Page. Post about once a week or so.

The other thing you can do is to navigate to your Page as your profile (don’t log in as your page) and then you will see an Invite friends Link on the right sidebar.
When you click it, you get a pop-up box that shows your profile friends and you can invite them to like your page.  They will get a notification and your page will show up periodically in a suggested Page area if they don’t immediately go over and Like it.  I think it’s a perfectly acceptable way to invite people over. I think it gets a little more conversion that just posting but not as much as a personal message.
Some people will never migrate – they would rather just connect with you and not a Page.
