@gotoandplaycom You are allowed to change the Username one time.  There should be a “Request to change” link next to the Username if you’ve never changed it before.  But I’ve seen plenty of Pages that don’t have it.  It’s not too difficult to change if you have gone through a Branding change and you have some documentation about your new brand name – like a bill or a website.  

I would go through the Facebook Pages Help area and submit a bug report here:  http://www.facebook.com/help/487468894599804/   The other thing that sometimes gets some attention if you aren’t getting a response there is to go through Facebook Advertising and tell them you want to advertise the Page but it’s not branded correctly.  Usually if you have cash to spend (or potential cash) you get a quicker response  Hope that helps!
