How engage people with in facebook group (4 posts)

    I have created a group with more than 3000 people but I don’t know how to engage people with my post, what are your suggestions that how can I engage people with me. In my group only admin can post, should I change this feature that any one can post, as if I will open this feature then different people put different status which is not according to soul of group. need suggestions

    So sorry I missed this post earlier, @asif!  I think it is a good idea to allow other people to post in a Facebook Group.  Usually that helps the interaction.  I would put out a post saying that you’d love to get people’s thoughts or opinions on something and then let everyone know that you are opening up the posting.  It’s ok to have rules about what to post and to let people know that off-topic posts will be deleted.

    I agree @andrea-vahl, I am an admin on a few groups and we have some rules for posting and members are made aware when they join. Some of the groups are closed and private so things can be shared freely but there are boundaries. Unfortunately, we have had to remove members and posts. But a group is different from a page and interaction is key.
