Have you had a look at ShortStack? Great third-party app, and their training material is tremendous. They provide example FB pages that use ShortStack. Good Stuff.

if you want to design tabs on your own you can try Tabfoundry – it is still in private beta (no templates), but everything works fine and it is free

I’ve since gone to the Cueler app from Youtube – http://apps.facebook.com/mytubechannel/  still free but all your videos show up instead of one

Another vote for ShortStack, especially the training webinars.

Putting in another vote for Woobox, as it generates URLs that work for both desktop AND mobile devices. Right now, the greatest drawback of page tabs is their spotty compatibility with mobile, and Woobox cleanly gets around that.

I’m also looking at doing this for our facebook page! I want to include an interactive “energy savings calculator” app so people can see how much money they could save if they invested in LED lights. Thanks everyone for all your useful links i’ll start looking into it today.
