  • Hi,

I’d like to do a special Highlighted post every week on my Page. Making use of it going all the way across the 2 columns, I’d like to include, say, 5 photos in a horizontal row. Could anyone tell me how to do this?

I know if you highlight a post with a photo, it comes up as a wide space with the photo in the middle, but how can I upload a series of photos and have them come up in a row across the wide space?

    Many thanks!

  • Photoshop the 5 together to make one photo? That is what I would do.

  • @symposio I believe @michellefontaine is right.  That may be about the only way you can do it.

You’ll want to make it about 800 px wide, probably no more than that because the width of your timeline is only about 810 px

I’d probably only make it about 200 px tall.  If you don’t have photoshop (and adobe has some old ones you can find for under $20), you can use the paint feature with microsoft, and i’m sure Mac has a standard paint feature too.

    hope this has helped.

  • Thanks @michellefontaine and  @joncardwell ! It looks like I may have to go that way. I’m thinking I could also set the photos up on Powerpoint and save it as a jpeg. I’d like to have a small caption under each photo as well.

Shame there doesn’t seem to be a way to upload multiple photos onto one post.

  • @symposio You’re very welcome, Tony.  PowerPoint… I’d never thought of that, but that would work great too. Thanks a lot for mentioning that. I’d like to give that a try myself.

But you’re right, too bad you couldn’t upload more than one photo on a single post.

  • You can highlight an album and have several pictures show in the album across the page, @symposio – check out the Kia Soul page:  http://www.facebook.com/kiasoul - scroll down to their post on February 8th (doesn’t work if I post the link here, you have to see it in the timeline mode)

  • Thanks @andrea-vahl ! That looks wonderful – just the kind of thing I was looking for!
