So yesterday I converted a personal profile to a Facebook page and added myself as admin. Her is the new page  http://www.facebook.com/pages/Chris-Maughan/172338102868617

I followed the following steps.

1) Logged into the personal profile with the owners email address and password. Let’s use original@gmail.com for this example.2) Downloaded personal information3) Went thru the conversion process and you can see the result in the link above4) I added myself as administrator

It is working perfectly for me. I have the new page under Pages in my personal profile and I can access it as an administrator.

However, when the owner logs in with original@gmail.com he goes to the ‘ads and pages’ tab and he is not able to get onto the actual page as I am when I go there from my personal profile.

Do I need to add another of his personal profiles as admin in order for him to have his new Facebook Page appear under pages in that specific personal profile.

Should I delete original@gmail.com as administrator?

I haven’t converted a profile over @jorgenpoulsen so I think what  @moinshaikh advises is the right course.  I would keep the original e-mail and just add other admins to actually use the account.
