Health Care Industry Employees (3 posts)

  • We are a multi-specialty health care practice.  We have just embraced social marketing and I have been promoted to Digital Content Manager across the entire enterprise.  I am struggling to catch up to the social media learning club and I know that Facebook is a good place to start.  We have a FB page for the business and have asked our employees to “like” us.  A few have.  We also created an infographic for those who hadn’t informing them how to set their privacy settings so that we can’t see their personal FB posts.  We are still struggling on how to entice these employees to like (and follow) us on FB.  We attended the webinar on Tuesday and found it greatly informative.  Any suggestions?  HELP!

  • I think you will always have people who just don’t want to Like their employers page, @danielle-piesowocki  I think you also need to step back and think about the purpose of the Page.  Is the Page designed to just reach the employees?  Or is it for the patients of the practices?  What kind of information are you going to be posting?  How will it benefit people?
