Have you set your goals for 2012 yet? What about goals for your Facebook business?
Find a quiet place, write (realistic) goals and put them on a timeline, for over the whole year, the next month, next week and today.
Review these goals on a regular basis, as situations change. Then you can also see how far you have come, which is both encouraging and motivating!
What are your goals for 2012? Mine is to continue to grow my business creating Facebook Pages for Businesses.. (That’s my main goal, but on it’s own, that is not enough, I have then also broken this down as described above)

yes we did it in the company….
and the main one is to be ready for the “Post Social era ” to explain our clients (as we always did) to at least focus on quality/qualification of leads, exchanges and engagement with their own customers and prospects.
A piece of chance we have preserved our “traditional” marketing and corp communication skills ….
the second one is to fuel the growth and to be more and more adaptive and flexible on our Market

Love goal setting, @jomartin! Just did a bunch this week. I found writing them down and posting them in my office so powerful that I achieved 90% of my goals from last year!
