    we have a facebook business page…we also have a ghost page  with the same name…all pale  blue, no  pictures, no logo   its like what you have  before you  start your page…….not  the one we use…no one else is using it , it seems to be ours, with our name on it…. its popping up on  places like  the  graph search and some others…. i want to get rid of it and we have tried….but no luck…  how  can i get rid of it?

    Hi Ann,
    Somehow Facebook creates a page for many businesses and you can claim it, then merge it with the page you created.  As long as the page you created has more fans than the “ghost page”, all your fans and posts, etc., from your page will be saved and any fans from the ghost page will be merged onto it.  Just do a search on Facebook for your business, click on the ghost page and then go into the settings and send a request to claim it.  I had to do this with a client of mine and it worked fine.   Hope this helps.

    i relayed  the  advice  and   we already did that….and  its  still there…my tekk person  says maybe its just  seen  becasue  im the admin….also she says its not public … its  always  so  complicated……she has emailed  facebook and no  reply……
