I’m writing a new blog post and I’m in lack of arguments for my speech.
I’ve somewhere read that 1 post promoting Your service/good in every 8 posts is quite an ideal strategy. Still You have to be flexible in accordance to Your stats.
But I can’t find that source of information.
What do You think about frequency of promotion posts? Direct links to one or another good, sales offers, etc?

There are tons of different figures out there, @tomas-slimas – I think more often quoted is the 80-20 rule – only promote 20% of the time. So that would be 2 posts about you, and 8 posts with helpful info, humorous posts, questions and other types of posts.
I tend to lean more towards 1 post promotional to every 9 – so only promoting 10% of the time. How about others?
