FB Comments Out Of Order (2 posts)

    Hi Folks!

    Has anyone had issues with their page and comments?  A client of mine has over 6,000 fans and it seems that the more fans she has the more issues her page incurs.  Currently, when fans post a comment on her post, the comments are not stacking in order, the group of older comments are getting pushed down, and recent comments are stacking above them.

    Any insight, common issues or resolution?

    @melissaholmes Sorry for the delay in getting back on this!  That is so strange – I haven’t seen anything like that on any of the pages I manage and I have a wide variety of sizes of pages.  I know I’ve seen some weird things with comments and posts disappearing and reappearing but not the order of the comments.  I don’t have any good suggestions!  Do you see the same thing when you are logged in as the Page or a profile?
