Hey, @mike-stelzner, you can “switch off” your location by going to privacy settings, and clicking on the “About” section, where you’ll find your info. Under “Work and Education” is a section on “Living,” which probably has your city in it. Click the “x” to remove the location, and it should no longer appear in your posts.

If you open that link, in the first paragraph there’s another link that says “Try editing your timeline info…” Click there, and you’ll see the “Living” section where your hometown is listed.

Facebook is so convoluted! It’s hard to find things sometimes.
