There has been debate on Facebook Edgerank being influenced by using cross-post platforms such as Tweetdeck and Hootsuite. How have you adapted to avoid the use of these as often? I post organically from pages but also layer-on postings through our HootSuite when I want to hit all of our platforms (with the exception of Google+ which I always log into to post).
Have any of you started a post at Facebook to keep Edgerank up and then post the same to Twitter, FourSquare, Google+, etc? I have done this occasionally but is definitely more time consuming since I have to actually post as each page in Facebook and then go post through Hootsuite to others.
What influence have you been seeing on exposure of posts from HootSuite, Tweetdeck, etc. on Facebook? Do you see a lower reach than when posting from Facebook directly?
What have you put in place to assist you in posting?
