I’m new here, and I don’t know if this issue had beenposted… I looked but I didn’t find anything similar so I decided to ask for your help.

I have just started working for a company, promoting their webshop. I have a lot of issues with it’s facebook page though, in most of the cases it simply doesn’t appear when searching for it.

When I started working I have added the page to my profile as an employer. Then, I have made the mistake of removing it, to show fellow employees how to add it and it just doesn’t appear in the list any more. I am writing the exact name of the page, so mispelling isn’t the problem. It does give me a list with other pages, which have either the same name (most of them are from other countries) or names similar, but what I’m looking for just doesn’t show up.

Lot’s of time when I’m writing it in the search bar it’s not in the lists either. Is there a problem with the FB page or am I doing something wrong or missing something. I have liked the page, so I think that it should really show up in the suggestions… or is this a FB bug thanks to recent FB development?

Well, I’ve managed after trying a lot of things for a lot of time. But after I’ve changed my language settings the FB page simply popped up. Of course I have chanced back my language settings to English and now I have the same problem.

So, I believe you must make sure that your page is really engaged in social media, with lots of likes and lots of people talking about it, and also watch the language!
