Facebook Not Showing Thumbnails (5 posts)

    I have tried on multiple browsers and cleared my history and cache on all of them but still cant get facebook to display thumbnails from my stations website(KFBB.com). When I post the URL in the status it shows the thumbnail for half a second then it goes away and just shows the page name.
    Does anyone else have this problem?

    @eric-hultz I had this issue previously. One of the times it was an extension on my Google Chrome that was causing the issue. I find that occasionally the thumbnail view isn’t an option with the page being linked to. If the image is something static that ties to the link then you could try loading the image with the update and then tack on the link. 

    Anyone else have advice to help Eric?

    I have the problem with Chrome, Firefox and Safari. What did you do to get around it? 

    I know sometimes its not an option but its happening on all posts.

    @alexandrabriggs I figured out a work around. If you shorten the URL using Google URL Shorter (http://goo.gl/) and then post the shortened URL the thumbnails appears. Hope this helps anyone else with this problem.
