Hi all - We hit 100,000 Fans on our Social Media Examiner Page – very exciting! I wanted to find out what other people do for big milestones on their Facebook Page. Do you do something special? Let’s share some ideas!

@andrea-vahl Congratulations! And I commented on Facebook already also! I haven’t had anything yet but a “100″ Fans Milestone post (a long way from your milestone level!). Hopefully I will have some Big Milestones to share at some point also!

I already have 148 fans. I never knew about milestone. Is it too late to add milestone for 100? Seems kind of silly thing to do when the milestone is long gone.
i’ll do it for 200 for sure

I share anything that is important for a Milestone. Every 1000 fans, any awards, to announce a contest or to announce the winners. I think they should be used for any special occasion. For some people 100 fans is a milestone. What is everyone else using them for?

i never have but may on the next one….4000 …. it kind of feels like blowing your own horn…if i do something it will probably be around thanking them for liking our page….with maybe a little facebook special… .

Congratulation! Such a cool milestone. 150,000 is right around the corner. 100,000 is a testimate to the quality posts and info that are on SME.I’ve given a discount to the 25th, 50th, fan of my page.
