In order for FB Insights to filter your clicks on content it would have to know what your IP address is. There may be some third party application for this, but I’ve not heard of one.  

Google Analytics has the ability to set up filters for your IP address so that your website doesn’t count your own traffic.  But this is only if you have a dedicated IP address, which would include cable users for sure, but DSL and satellite providers use rotating IP addresses.  Currently I get my internet service through a DSL provider and I’m on a rotating IP address. I don’t know how many so it would be hard for me to set up a filter for each one.
