I have created a new facebook group and when others search for this group they cannot find it.  please can you help

Facebook search is very unreliable, @safinaiqbal  If you want to send people to it, the best thing is to copy the URL for the group.  You also can rename the Group so it has a custom URL.  I have a post on how you do this here:  http://andreavahl.com/facebook/how-to-create-a-custom-url-for-your-facebook-group.php

Then it’s easier to tell people about it if you can’t e-mail them.  It may help in the search function as well although I’m not sure on that.  Hope that helps!
