3 months, 1 week ago: I’ve found Event RSVPs to be a little more challenging these days @hemantpatil You can advertise them and that can work a little better but it depends on whether the event is free or paid. For a paid event, people may RSVP on the Facebook event but not follow through and purchase the ticket.
You can ask your friends and fans to share it – if they get people to come maybe offer a small prize or goody.
Then just post the event everywhere like @alexandrabriggs said. Blog about it, post it on Twitter and LinkedIn, send it to your e-mail contacts. Ask certain key friends to share it with their audiences.
Posting in the event itself also can get more interaction which then makes the event more visible to people’s friends. So I would post a couple of times a week if possible.
Hope that helps! What have others found to work?
