I’ve been studying the salient content characteristics of posts made by 9 universities on their respect official Facebook fan pages for four months. I know what I’m seeing in the academic world, but I wonder what is working for you.
Do picture, text or video posts work the best? Why do you think that is? Text that is in included in a graphic, for me, falls under the picture category.
Also, do Call-to-Action posts receive more engagement than benign posts?
Do you usually place a link in your posts?
