There are a few tips on that in this thread: http://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/clubs/facebook/forum/topic/what-tools-help-you-with-content-management/ I like the idea of a shareable Google Doc for team members. Not even a bad idea for the solo person just to keep it organized and accessible.
