  • I own 2 companies- A credit consulting company and a Life and Health Agency- I have ran ads on face book in the last month and spent 1800 – NOT ! CALL-

Ive had better luck on craigs list and adwords- Anyword heard of a company named mywebees?Any thoughts would be great-

  • You spent $1800 and didn’t get one call???? Is that what you are saying?

What about “likes”?? Did you run it to a fan page or a website? What were your stats like? Reach? Click through rate?

I need much more information before i can comment on it in any meaningful manner.

What did your ads say? What images did you use? etc etc etc. To just say I spent 1800 and didn’t get a call is like saying I spoke to 10 girls and didn’t get a date! If you were walking up to them in your worst attire with a bit of pizza stuck to your cheek it makes sense doesn’t it ;)

Need more details mate and then I’m sure some people can help you out!

  • I have been spening $5 per day, and got 1000 likes for a week. I couldn’t believe this or I don’t understand why they like us. I added target on some other countries as well as Korea, and the result was 99% likes from overseas.

What should I do next? Should I make them all my friends? or what?

  • I’m still confused too, @hyezakim  So you spent $5/day for 1 week?  You spent $35 and got 1000 Likes – which is great if I understand it correctly.  How were you asking them to call you?  What is the product?  What was the call to action?

I don’t think the next step is to make them all your friends, I think it’s to make sure you are on message with why they liked you in the first place.  Why do they have to call you for the sales process?  Is that part of your model?  Just trying to understand – many people don’t feel comfortable giving someone they just connected with a call – they may need more time to get to know you.

  • Yes. That’s correct @Andrea Vahl

It was not a certain product, but general company ads with a logo which is in Korean & English. They might like our cover photo? I don’t know. But, as you said it’s great result that I never expected.

Thanks for your advice @Andrea Vahl

  • Yes, I wonder about advertising on FB – they send me vouchers but I’ve not used them, simply – I have glanced at the ads on the odd occasion but have ever clicked on any of the sponsored links. Looking at these posts does not fill me with confidence either!
