It depends on the size of the Page.  In the ads area, you can directly market your ad to fans of Pages you are the admin of.   But if the page is large enough, the keyword may show up in the Precise Interests area.  

As far as if they like it, it depends on how you do it.  They won’t know unless you mention them directly in the ad, such as “Hey xxx Fans, come Like us too” or something like that.  I don’t particularly like that direct mention but it can be attention-getting.  What do others think?
