Hello all,
I manage 5 or 6 different pages and I get an email when each page gets a new “like”. One of the pages that I manage is my husband’s photography page. He, however, does not get an email when he gets new likes. We have looked high and low for the option that lets him get an email notification when someone new likes his page and we cannot find it. Does anyone have any clues for us?

Hi Carol,
Is he admin of the page as well?
If he is, then the setting should be within his personal profile settings.

@carolstambaugh Individuals set up as Admins of the page should receive the notifications (when set up in settings) as well as the Weekly report for the pages he/she is Admin of. I recommend verifying your husband is an Admin as well as checking the settings for notifications. The link @devanianjali shared will take you to the appropriate help section.

@carolstambaugh Can you make clear on whether you receive notification in fb page top menu (in form of that red bubble?) I mean are you not getting notification in form of just email or both email and facebook red bubble notification?

Thanks all for your help. We are still stumped. He has looked through the notification settings on the personal notifications area and there are no settings for “notify me when someone likes my page”.
He also checked my spam folder and nothing there. We know he is an admin because he gets every other update from FB about when someone comments on his page and he gets the weekly page insights emails. He just doesn’t get an email notifying me of fans. The odd thing is that I am also admin for him and I get emails when new people like his page, so we know it is possible.
We are completely stumped on this
