email address on personal profile in the new timeline (6 posts)

    I have noticed that on my personal profile on the new timeline, my email address is publicly visible and I can’t find out how to delete this. Can anyone help with this? Many thanks in advance

    1. Click “About” from your Timeline.
    2. Go to Contact Info Section and click “Edit.”
    3. Click the tab that should be showing a little world next to your email address and choose the setting you want. 
    4. Click “Save.”

    Hi Dedi, the problem is that I don’t have a world next to my email address :-(

    @pollyb ~ mine has a pair of friends there (to the right of the email address).  It should show a little pic that depicts the privacy setting you have on it.  Whatever the pic, if you click the dropdown arrow, you can choose a different setting.
