Hi All…is anyone else having trouble since the new timeline to update pages you manage for clients? I need to update contact information, etc and it seems to hang up. Also, trying to set up a page for a new client and having the same trouble, it just seems to stahl. Would appreciate some insight here…been managing pages for a couple of years now and this is the first time I’ve encountered this ugh.

Hi @diannebeatoncgacaps, I think FB is working on so many things at the moment that more and more often the page hangs itself up in various situations.

I had the same issue with editing contact info last weekend when I had to try up to four times until my changes got saved successfully. I also had issues changing a cover image because the photo wouldn’t finish loading. It helped when I switched to my personal profile, then back to the page. It seems, like Nichole also stated, that you have to try different ways or jump around a bit between personal/company page to cut the knot.
